Who is Nikki?

Nikki Winston is a seasoned CPA, writer, coach, and founder of Winston CPA Group. Her expertise spans accounting, entrepreneurship, and the art of juggling a full-time career while building a successful side hustle. With two decades of corporate accounting experience, Nikki has led accounting transformations for billion-dollar brands, private equity companies, and innovative startups, demonstrating that accounting is the heartbeat of every business.

Nikki's expertise in writing has been featured on prestigious platforms such as Bloomberg Accounting & Tax, T-Mobile, Coursera, and the Journal of Accountancy. She coaches aspiring accountants in preparing for the CPA exam, and her coaching program boasted a remarkable 100% pass rate in its inaugural quarter in 2018. Acknowledged as a Top 40 Under 40 award recipient in the Accounting profession, Nikki also serves on the AICPA’s Academic Executive Committee and as president of the Georgia Society of CPAs Atlanta Chapter.
